When you place an order you:- Agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information

- Will receive a confirmation email once we’ve accepted the order

Shipping & Delivery

We offer 30-day easy returns on eligible items. Items must be:- Unused
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for full return instructions.
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us by email or another durable medium. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- If the product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the contract, as per Portuguese law.
Product Warranty
Some products may have a manufacturer’s warranty. Check the product page or contact us to confirm. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away — we’ll fix it.
