Turbo Filter allows you to customize it to your aquarium’s individual needs by using a variety of biological and chemical Filter cartridges available from AquaEL.

With the ability to use a variety of Filter media, Turbo Filter becomes almost a personalized solution, tailored to the specific needs of your aquarium.

Filter mediafrom AquaEL’s range that can be successfully used in the Turbo Filter:

Bioceramax 600, Bioceramax 1200, Bioceramax Pro 1600: They offer effective biological filtration, promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria in the aquarium.

ZeoMAX PLUS: Ideal for removing chemical pollutants and organic matter, ensuring water clarity.

CarboMAX PLUS: Concentrated activated Carbon filtration to eliminate organic pollutants and unwanted chemicals.

NitroMAX PRO: Specially formulated to remove nitrates, helping to maintain proper nitrogen levels in the aquarium.

Phosmax PRO: Provide effective control of phosphate levels, supporting the maintenance of a healthy aquatic environment.

There are 3 possible Turbo Filter installation configurations:

Filter media Containers, are also available as separate accessories. They can be freely combined into columns thanks to a specially developed system that facilitates their installation.

Easy installation

The Turbo Filter is distinguished by its ease of installation and operation. Thanks to the adjustable hanger, you can adjust the Filter to different thicknesses of the aquarium glass. In addition, the hanger also serves as a place to which you can attach a hose with a valve for aeration. The bracket is equipped with four strong Suction Cups to securely attach the Filter to the glass surface.

2 in 1: Filtration and aeration

Adjustment of the water outlet direction is possible within a range of 75° and can be controlled to the right and left. In addition, the Turbo Filter also has an aeration function. These functionalities make this small Filter a versatile aquarium tool that can be easily customized.

High efficiency

Specially designed impeller chamber ensures not only discreet operation, but also high efficiency of the device with Minimal electricity consumption. It is worth noting that Turbo Filter models consume from 4.4 to 27 watts. With this range of power consumption, the cost of monthly operation remains relatively low, which contributes to economical aquarium management (check the table at the bottom of the page).

The starter kit includes

Bulk media Container with a capacity of: 250 ml for Turbo Filter 500 model and 625 ml for Turbo Filter 1000, 1500 and 2000 models, starter filling with Bioceramax Pro 600 biological filtration cartridge, Sponge with appropriately adjusted density, which allows to maintain high filtration parameters for as long as possible.
