Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2025 — Terms & Conditions
Campaign Duration
The Black Friday campaign runs from November 12, 2025 until Cyber Monday, December 1, 2025 (23:59 GMT).
All offers and discounts are valid only during this period and while stocks last.
Discounts
- A 25% automatic discount applies to all eligible products in the campaign.
- The discount is applied directly at checkout, with no discount code required.
- Prices displayed during the campaign already include the 25% reduction.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or coupon codes.
5% Cashback / Store Credit
- Customers who subscribe to our newsletter and SMS alerts are eligible for an additional 5% cashback (in store credits).
- The 5% cashback is calculated based on the final amount paid (after discounts and excluding shipping costs).
- Cashback will be automatically added to the customer’s account within 7 business days after the order is completed and shipped.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be used on future purchases at Bluviva.com.
Exclusions
- Some brands or products may be excluded from the campaign due to supplier restrictions.
- Gift cards, custom orders, and already discounted items are not eligible for additional discounts or cashback.
- The cashback offer is exclusive to users who opt in to marketing communications (newsletter and SMS).
Order Modifications & Returns
- Orders placed during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday campaign cannot be combined or retroactively adjusted to include discounts.
- If an item purchased with a discount is returned, the refund will correspond to the amount paid after discount.
- Cashback credits earned on refunded orders will be removed from the customer’s account.
General Conditions
- Bluviva reserves the right to modify or end the campaign at any time, without prior notice.
- In case of technical errors, pricing issues, or stock inconsistencies, Bluviva reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected orders.
- Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
