Integrated Pre-Filter

The large pre-filter captures bigger debris and reduces cleaning frequency. It protects filter media from clogging and wear. Cleaning is simple, open the lid, remove the sponge, and rinse.

Dual Shut-Off Valve System

Disconnecting hoses is easier with valves that close both inlet and outlet openings. This helps prevent water leakage during maintenance.

Self-Starting System

A few pump strokes fill the filter with aquarium water and prepare it for operation quickly.

Efficient Filtration

Ultramax BT provides both mechanical and biological filtration. Five media baskets allow flexible media combinations for different aquarium setups. Total media capacity can reach up to 10.1 litres.

The entire filter chamber holds 16 litres.

The Ultramax BT filter consumes very little electricity. Its power consumption depends on the flow rate you set – from 6.1 to just 13.5 W at the maximum setting! This means lower electricity bills with truly outstanding filter performance.
