APT s/Sky by 2Hr Aquarist is an advanced water conditioner designed to help aquatic plants and shrimp thrive across a wide range of water hardness levels. Ideal for both hardwater and softwater setups, APT s/Sky provides a precise blend of soluble calcium and magnesium salts, trace elements, and seaweed extract—all in a readily soluble, non-toxic form that supports healthy plant and livestock development.

Unlike conventional GH boosters, APT s/Sky increases general hardness (GH) without negatively impacting NPK levels, KH, or pH. This allows aquarists to fine-tune mineral balance, especially in softwater or RO/DI systems, to meet the needs of sensitive livestock and demanding aquatic plants alike.

Application

• If using softwater or reverse osmosis (RO) water, dose 15 ml per 60 litres
• For first-time use:
  • Water volume = full tank volume
  • GH value = current GH in the tank
• During regular water changes:
  • Water volume = amount of new tap water added
  • GH value = GH of your tap water
• Mix powder with a small amount of water before dosing, or add directly into the tank if circulation is good
• It’s safe if APT s/Sky settles temporarily on plants
