Ultra Bioguard is ideal for freshwater and saltwater aquariums, planted tanks, reef tanks, and ponds. It effectively breaks down nitrous acid, ammonia, nitrates, hydrogen sulphide, and other harmful substances using high concentrations of aerobic and anaerobic probiotics.
Its patented technology allows for long-term preservation of multiple microbial strains, maintaining their effectiveness and biological activity over time. These include Bacillus and Lactobacillus, which are key in breaking down ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates.
The bacterial strains also purify the aquarium substrate and filter by decomposing organic waste, leftover food, and biological debris.

Application
The solution can be applied directly to dry filter media, substrate, or gravel. Once immersed, the strains activate and begin their biological work.
